Fact of the case: As per the case scenario, Arthur Anderson served the responsibility of an auditor for Enron. His Partner in the auditing process was David Duncan, who was provided with the major responsibility of handling the account. Anderson suggested the company to expose to them the accounting figures but the Company’s administrative department denied exposing such facts to the audit persons.
